“Wajing Nyinyi” hit-maker king Kaka has now release his first photo after losing 33-Kg due to illness which he says was misdiagnosed.
A week ago he revealed that he has been sick for the past three months.
“Hospitali ceilings are really boring always pray for good health. Kwa sasa analyzing the possibility of Ronaldo scoring 3 goals today against Newcastle!!!” King Kaka wrote.
He revealed a photo of heavy weight loss on his Instagram account donning a Man-U Jersey.
King Kaka has expressed optimism that he will bounce back after the illness asking his fans to continue praying for him.
“While I am in my final recovery stages I will show you some of the stories and how I got. I miss my kids, my wife @nanaowiti has been a great pillar through the 3 months and my mom,” said King Kaka.
