Mulot Village in Bomet County has hit headlines as the hotbed for online scammers in the country, specifically mobile money fraud. Data from The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Points that most online scammers came from Mulot villages; Mulot Central, Mulot Olomirani and Mulot Sunset.
