Health workers in Zimbabwe strike, demand to be paid in US ($) dollars

The 131.7% inflation rate in Zimbabwe that has caused the country’s local currency to slamp has also seen health workers down their tools after rejecting a 100% salary increase. Kenya in a bid to cut neighboring Tanzania dominance is in the process of constructing the biggest import and storage LPG facility in the coast. This idea comes a few days after Kenya banned gas imports from Tanzania through Namanga boarder citing massive irregularities by businesses involved. The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed concern over the fast spread if Monkeypox which has so far been identified in 12 countries registering a total of 92 cases as of sunday. Zimbabwean governmebt has put out a plan to sell some of its Ivory and Rhino horn stockpile to help manage the country’s conservation. Ugandan Authorities Actively hunting for those linked to bombings in the capital

Ugandan government is currently pursuing those liked to Tuesday bombings in the country’s capital Kampala. One Muslim cleric Sheikh Muhammad Abas Kirevu who is said to have recruited and radicalized terror recruits on behalf of Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), linked to IS, was shot dead in Kampala by Ugandan police.
