A cleaner at the State Department of Correction was among those arrested by the Ethics and anti-corruption commission for receiving sh.257 million through proxy companies during the Financial years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. Murang’a county doubles its tax revenue to ksh 1 billion

A report by the controller of budget released on Friday showed that Murang’a county’s revenue collection for the financial year 2023/2024 hit one Billion Kenya shillings.
