Politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto were wet with a cloud of teargas in London ward Nakuru County on Saturday February 20th.
The team comprising of Senator Susan Kihiki, Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri, Dagoreti south MP John Kiarie and Nyali MP Mohamed Ali planned to have a meeting to drum support for Nzuki Wachira who is to vie for London Ward by-election on 4th of March on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.
The entry of Tanga Tanga brigade met a heavy reinforcement of police who prevented them from getting into the venue for their planned meeting.
They tried to talk the police out claiming indeed they had a permit for the meeting but all to no avail.

The police shot in the air and throwing teargas to disperse people who were trying to get into the forbidden venue.
