Education cabinet secretary Magoha has assured parents that the schools will reopen as scheduled earlier despite the current fear of covid-19 infections in the country.
The CS spoke in Kiambu Town this morning when he went to open Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Papers at Kiambu Canteen.
He stated that the current Covid-19 statistics indicate there is a decline in infections which means that there will be no need to tamper with the already scheduled school calendar.
He also said that plans are underway to ensure that Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results results are out in the next two week as announce earlier. This will give ample time for form one selection process.

Magoha insisted that in this year’s KCSE there have been no cheating. Any cheating incident was nabbed on time and suspects are already facing justice.
