Azimio La Umoja political coalition and Kenya’s loved music band Sauti Sol are still at loggerhead after the party played one of their songs without their consent in a political event.
It was during the unveiling of Martha Karua as Raila’s running mate on monday that the party played Sauti Sol’s ‘Exra Vaganza’ track, a thing that infuriated the band members.

The band members went ahead to lodge a copyright infringement dispute against the political coalition with Bien Baraza insisting they won’t allow anyone to use their songs without them gaining from it.
“Baba hanilipii rent,” Baraza lamented vowing to follow the matter till the end.
