Police Constable was today arraigned in Mombasa Law Courts for Killing his girlfriend.
The Police suspect, Meshack Kosgei was arraigned before Mombasa Senior Resident Magistrate Rita Orara.
Mr. Kosgei however did not plead whether guilty or not as he had not taken a mental health test.
Magistrate Orara therefore ordered the suspect to be presented to Coast General Referral Hospital so as to undergo a medical mental checkup.
The suspect will also be detained at Shimo La Tewa GK Prison while awaiting to take a plea.
