The High Court yesterday gave a ruling preventing Migori Governor Okoth Obado from developing, leasing, charging or selling a property in Loresho Ridge before the case concerning it is accomplished.
The court also ruled that two High end cars owned by the governor’s sons be handed over tom the EACC in seven days.
The Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission argued that the properties must have been from proceeds of embezzlement of county funds.
In addition, the EACC is seeking to recover a total of ksh 73.5 million from the governor and his sons.
