After an intensive search, the police have finally arrested one of the key suspects in a bizarre incident where a three year old boy in Kisii had his eyes gauged making him permanently blind.
Alex Maina Ochogo, a twenty eight year old is the suspect and is said to be the first cousin to the victim.
According to NTV, the suspect was held at Marani Police Station before being arraigned at Kisii Law courts today to answer the charges.
The Police said he will be held for 5 days pending probe.
Another suspect who is still in hiding is Ochogo’s Mother Pecifica with whom it is said they committed the despicable act.
