Kenya is now among the countries that LG has opened “Life’s good restaurant” where people can showcase their cooking prowess.
‘Life is good is an online digital campaign sponsored by South Korea’s LG electronics in a bid to show how technology can enhance the way of life.
Other countries where the campaign is taking place include; United Arabs Emirate, Turkey, Egypt, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The campaign dubbed “LG’s the Spot” is about making cooking and creativity in the Kitchen more enjoyable.
LG has partnered with Kenya’s renowned chef, Ali Mandhry who will review entries into the online food sharing competition.
Kenya foodies can share their favorable meals and story behind them in a dedicated online portal – https://lgthespot.com/LifeisGoodRestaurant/eastafrica .
One can also participate though Facebook, tiktok, instagram, YouTube or vimeo where you must upload an image or a video alongside a caption to tell your story. You must also include ‘@lgeastafrica’ and ‘#FoodThatSlaps’.

Chef Ali will select the three best dishes and winners stand a chance of walking away with an LG side by side refrigerator, Neo Chef SolarDOM Microwave, or a Neo Chef Convection Microwave, and enjoy a meal by Chef Mandhry.
