Kitengela quartet: Police investigations reveal last moments

Police investigations have shed light into the last moments of the four men who were abducted and gruesomely mudered.

After visiting a renowned restaurant in kitengela for lunch, the four, Jack Ochieng’ , Elijah Obuong’, Brian Oduor and Benjamin Imbai disappeard mysteriously only for their bodies to be found at different places in the country.

Detectives have revealed that the quartet mobile phones were switched of between 4pm and 5pm along Nairobi Namanga Highway on the day of their disappearance.

They were taken to different directions in two vehicles in a pair of two according to indepth analysis of their phones’ data that that revealed the time and place they were switched of.

The data showed that phone belonging to Oduor went off at Korompoi not far from the restaurant the four had visited in Kitengela. Ochieng’s phone went off at Kisaju, not far from Kitengel. Obuong’s phone was switched off in Kajiado town while the suspects switched off Imba’s phone at Alma near Kajiado town.

As shown in Imbai and Oduor’s autopsy, the four were tortured before being killed. This could meant that their abductors were looking for information.

The two had stabs of wound, their wrists were chopped off and testacles crashed.

“We suspect that the they deleted or obtained what they were looking for.” Detectives said.

The police is currently pursuing a suspet known as Erico who met the four before they disappeared. His phone also went off at around the time as the four but went on again later at Syokimau.
