KCSE Results 2024 Released –  How to check results

Education CS Machogu has today Monday 8th January 2024 released the2023 KCSE Result.

Unlike the previous years when parents could access their results through SMS, the ministry announced that parents will be able to access the results through Knec portal.

Under the new system, compulsory subjects have reduced from five to just two in determining the candidate’s final score.

The CS released the results at Moi Girls Eldoret flanked by top education and government officials after briefing President William Ruto.

A total of 903,260 students sat for the 2023 KCSE Examination. 1,216 candidates scored A, 18,078 scored B+, 78,343 scored C+, 125,006 scored D+ and 48,174 scored E, Education CS Machogu said.

He added that 201,133 KCSE candidates meet university cut-off grade after scoring C+ and above; CS Machogu says 96,235 are female and 104,898 are male.
