Kalonzo musyoka while talking in a Rally in Tala on Friday said his dream of succeeding Mr. Odinga in 2027 still remain intact and that that is what he intends to do.
“We are not stopping until we take Kenya’s presidency. Since President Kenyatta will retire and Mr Odinga will become the president and Martha Karua his deputy … Don’t you think we have just aligned properly to succeed Mr Odinga? He asked the crowd.

It is a statement that may have been seen as the beginning of new trouble being ignited by the former Vice President given that now succession politics of the current flag bearer of the Azimio leader should not be discussed.
Kalonzo however drummed support for Raila urging Tala residents to Vote for Azimio in large numbers and well as wiper candidates in the region.
“Note that when you vote for Mr. Odinga again you will be voting for me,” he told them.
