As President Ruto, Kenya’s fifth president is visiting Washington in a state visit of its kind accorded to a sitting African president in 16 years, Haitians Living in Washington came out in their large numbers to express their displeasure with the decision Kenya took to deploy its police in a peace-mission in Haiti.
Kenya had volunteered last year July to send its troops to the Gang-affected Caribbean country situated 3,039 kilometers from the US, a decision that faced handled due legal procedures that the process had to go through in accordance with Kenyan constitution.
