Kenyans have reacted in many ways after DP Ruto was not invited in President Uhuru’s state house meeting that brought together major government officials.
The said meeting was called to assess the progress of Jubilee government for the last three years. It is however not clear whether the deputy President’s office was notified of the meeting.
The office of the DP has however denied receiving any letter inviting the Deputy President to the meeting at state house.
“As far as I know the deputy President was not invited,” communication Director at Deputy President’s office cleared air the as quoted by Daily Nation. “But let the state house clarify.”

It is not the first time the deputy president is failing to attend key government meetings. In july last year, the DP is said to have skipped four senour government meetings in a week.
In September the same year, the DP caused mixed reactions among Kenyans when he failed to take part in COVID 19 National assessment forum despite the fact that the organizers of the meeting reserving a sit for him. As the September COVID September meeting preceded all media showed the DP’s chair empty.
Recently there has been a public spat between the president leaving kenyans to believe there is a rift between the two.
