Cleophas Malala, Kakamega senator is no longer Senate Minority Leader after being kicked out of the docket on Wednesday Morning.
Malala has now been replaced by Kilifi Senator Steward Madzayo.
This was after NASA Senators Parliamentary Group met to discuss his ouster.
Senates speaker was this afternoon supposed to be informed of the new changes when the name of the Madzayo is tabled before senate.
Malala is being accused of grossed misconduct and mischief in the just concluded Matungu Parliamentary by-election.
Malala who was elected on Amani National Congress (ANC) was also kicked out the party that elected him in June last year for prejudicing the activities of the party and disloyalty.
