Business woman found dead after missing for a week

Caroline Wanjiku, 38 year old who had been missing for the past one week has been found dead. Her body was tracked at Kajiado Hospital mortuary.

Before her death, Caroline had been persuaded by a friend who is a business partner to provide her with guidelines on how to boost her (the business partner) shares for Stima Sacco.

Caroline was reported missing after the family suspected she was abducted.

The deceased had injuries on both wrists and the entire body, with eyes pulled out from their sockets.

The DCI detectives have arrested four suspects who are currently in custody awaiting court hearing on murder charges.

Wanjiku’s abandoned car, Toyota Axio was found on 13th February in kawangware Nairobi, close to Gatina Primary school just a day after she was reported missing.

Investigations have also revealed that the victim had witdrawn Ksh 350,000 from a bank before setting off for an unknown business deal.

Many leads into the cause of Waniku’s death have been gained and the DCI chief George Kinoti stated that they are following into more leads.

“We will gather more with time. This was cold blood murder,” he said.
